Pavithra Karumuri

President and CEO
Pavithra Karumuri is an entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Krasan Consulting Services, A technology and management consulting firm based in the Chicago area which specializes in modernizing IT solutions and providing IT maintenance and support to government and private sector organizations across the country. Krasan Consulting Services is a certified Woman-Owned Minority Business. Pavithra Karumuri has over 15 years of experience as a technologist, providing Application Development, Design, and Business Analysis to a variety of clients and employers. Pavithra’s expertise is focused on delivering IT solutions that lead to systems modernization and providing business analysis and strategy services that support management consulting activities. Her motto for the company is to provide excellent consulting services with a specific focus on delivering the best customer service and value in all aspects of the company’s offerings. She is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, product research and development, marketing, and corporate development. She is working to strengthen its presence in the Private and Public Sectors by reaching out into key markets that encompass mid-size to large enterprises and represent growing industry verticals. On the personal side, Pavi is actively involved in the community, helping in youth empowerment programs for a, not for profit organization; providing education guidance and counseling for high school and middle school students; and promoting girl’s Robotics programs through Girl Scouts, neighborhood schools, and students. The community is proud of her passion for spreading knowledge among young girls and in promoting curiosity, excitement, and interest in STEM programs and careers. Pavi enjoys spending time with her three kids, biking, and hiking. She also enjoys painting and has a keen artist eye for detail in her works. Pavi is a certified Oracle Development professional. She has earned two postgraduate degrees, a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, Illinois, and a Master’s in Business Administration from
Osmania University, India.

Dinkar Karumuri

Vice President of Corporate Strategy

Dinkar Karumuri is Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Krasan Consulting Services, A technology firm based in the Chicago area and specializing in delivering innovative enterprise solutions to governments and businesses. Dinkar Karumuri has over 20 years of experience as a technologist, solution architect, and an implementation leader for both public and private sector clients. He has also provided business process re-engineering and worked with mid-level executives so that they can better manage their organizations. Specifically, Dinkar has expertise in delivering solutions in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Application Integration, and Enterprise Performance Management.

Dinkar prior to leading Krasan Consulting has been the CEO of various Solution Integrators and has been in the Board of various Startups, led implementations at a variety of organizations, including the Oracle Corporation, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, United Insurance, the American College of Surgeons, and various state and municipal agencies.

Dinkar’s business and civic activities include his founding of the Indo-American Technology Professionals Association (IATPA) and serving as a board member at AAAFGC (Asian-American Action Fund of Greater Chicago). He has worked closely with various ethnic groups within the United States to increase the collaboration of Indian Americans with other communities. He is also an active participant at the City Club of Chicago, the Chicago Public Schools, and the Government Finance Officers Association. He also set up a community-focused charity in the Chicago Community Trust. He is a founder of the Center for IT Talent Acceleration to reduce the STEM gap.

Dinkar is a PMP-certified Project Manager with a master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His proudest academic achievement was his research thesis on the Modeling and Analysis of Virtual Reality Systems which was presented in the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE98) in Kyoto, Japan.

In his spare time, Dinkar spends time playing and biking with his kids, and he enjoys cooking, playing golf, and travel.

Jose Blanco is the Vice President of Consulting Services. With over 25 years of experience bridging the gap between technology and business value for both manufactured products and information technology, Jose has fine-tuned the art of crafting innovative solutions that effectively support business strategy. Jose is a results-oriented executive with a record of accomplishment in strategy development, technology management, and products and services marketing. He has spearheaded growth in customer-oriented organizations, as well as cost reduction in complex business environments. Jose has the ability to break down complexity, clarify strategy, focus execution, and define creative solutions that balance organizational priorities and marketplace drivers with a sensitivity for ROI.
